après un coup de aptitude install cpufrequtils j'ai gratté quelques watts de consommation, ça descend à 78w au calme, pas si mal finalement quand on compare à des nas 4 baies :

j'ai installé et c'est tout, les 4 cores sont passés de 2400 à 1600 mhz quand c'est au repos :D
